All About Bulk Registration

Ordering OSHA training for your group or business has never been easier! Learn more about our bulk ordering process and how to place a group order or become a corporate account.

1) Order Your Codes

The first step is to get started with us as a bulk account! You can get started today by contacting a safety representative, or you can complete a bulk order entirely online using our Bulk Registration Portal. To get started, simply fill out your information here and click GO!

2) Distribute a Code

Once you purchase your courses, we will provide you with a list of registration codes and instructions for code redemption. When you have a student ready to begin training, provide them with their registration code, which they can enter on our site at https://www.usfosha.com/redeem.

3) Student Registration

After entering their registration code, the student will enter their student/shipping information. This information must be accurate, as we will not be able to change the student name after the student graduates. If any mistakes are noticed, contact us immediately.

The student will NOT need to enter any payment information, since the codes are prepaid. Once the student completes registration, they will be able to begin the course immediately.

4) Review Progress

While students are working on their course, employers can request to have access to our Corporate Account Portal, which will provide a snapshot of student progress. This will allow you to monitor to ensure students are working through the course material, and will also let you confirm when students have graduated. To gain access to the Corporate Account Portal, contact your Account Manager today.

5) Graduation

Once students have successfully completed all course material, they will have immediate access to download their Certificate of Completion, which serves as official proof of training until the Department of Labor card arrives. Since we receive these cards from the government, they may take several weeks to arrive.
