Who Needs MSHA Part 46 Annual Refresher Training?

MSHA regulations state that miners, supervisors, construction workers and contractors who previously completed MSHA Part 46 New Miner Training are required to complete Annual Refresher Training.

These employees must complete the course within one year of finishing New Miner Training or their previous refresher course.
